Time Place Tower - Dubai Marina

Built to inspire, Time Place Tower is a 35-storey tower of glass, light and views, set under the world’s largest and highest sundial. It is located at one of the world’s most prestigious addresses – the Dubai Marina.

The only building to offer 180° views of the Dubai Marina, Time Place Tower’s attention to detail and freehold property status will make this landmark complex a highly sought-after living space. The complex also contains seven villas with highly distinct designs.

At Time Place Tower, attention to detail doesn’t stop with the apartments. Special care has been taken with all amenities and facilities to make sure they extend the feeling of exclusivity you expect in your dream home.

Each detail of individual homes has been chosen to complement your lifestyle. Stylish European fixtures, sophisticated lighting, intelligent appliances and air-conditioning systems add to the unique interplay of interior space, privacy and light.

The Time Place Tower - The Sundial

Time Place Tower
at the Dubai Marina incorporates the world’s largest and highest sundial into its structure. Standing a majestic 158m above the Marina, the 40 meter-high sundial’s shadow falls across the building’s cylindrical shape, allowing the time to be seen from miles away and from everywhere within the Marina, and making Time Place a true and timeless Dubai landmark.

Amlak has recently tied up with the developers of Time Place Tower to offer finance for all buyers of Time Place Tower.

This is an amazing development of Dubai property, which continues to amaze me as to the size and scale of development going on in Dubai. Congratulations to the government for its foresight. My only concern is how will all the sewerage be handled from the number of boats there? We have a type of vacuum pump out system used here in Queensland, Australia, at a number of marinas which saves boat movement and keeps the waters much more clean.
